IPRange2CIDR allows you to convert IP range to CIDR specification. This utility is useful for Apache web server administrators and give them a possibility to easy manage domain access by using allow and/or deny access direcive. Especially if it requires to put a lot of IP addresses. Each IP range is converted to the minimal list of CIDR blocks.
